He was on time to my appointment. He answered all my questions with plan English answers. Not in tech speak.
He explained exactly what was wrong with my computer, how long the repair was going to take, and what the repair was going to cost.
His prices are more than fair.
He repaired my computer in a timely manner on the spot. I had several viruses on my computer. He removed them and installed a good antivirus program on my computer to help keep my computer free from future viruses.
He even answers my questions when I call because I’ve done something stupid.
